E-Axle/E-Drive Testing
Electric vehicles are being equipped with advanced powertrain designs. These powertrains demand higher performance regarding torques and speeds as well as higher speed acquisition and analysis capabilities. This has led us to develop a modular test platform that will enable customers to test a variety of E-drive and E-axle configurations on the same machine. These platforms also allows customers to feature up their machines as they ramp up from Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) to full line rate. Saving both time and money as manufacturers deliver products to the market.
Axle/Transfer Case Testing
Our testers are capable of performing functional, performance, characterization, and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) testing on components. Our advanced driveline design will accommodate multiple configurations and provide the flexible needed to quickly change to run a multitude of products. This flexibility is fully poke-a-yoked so that the correct fixtures and adapters are ensured when testing parts. This enables customers to focus on manufacturing high quality products without having to worry about their equipment.

Clutch Testing
Vehicles are using wet and dry clutch products to provide torque vectoring, vehicle stabilization, and power engagement/disengagement. We have a complete line of products for performing assembly verification and performance characterization. These products are capable of testing components with wet clutches, dry clutches, and e-clutches. Everything from the media to burnishing and control strategy can be very different. Our equipment is capable of functional testing, characterization, and calibration of your product. We have also integrated all types of vehicle busses and module types into the control the systems to ensure that each part performs as designed.
